NEW Suprême Glass-ceramic Press Ingots — BOX

Bring the experience of "immediate repair" to clinical patients with sintering-free technology. By precisely controlling the crystal structure, the dental glass ceramic can be used after cutting and polishing. The user can glaze according to actual needs without high temperature crystallization. This technology reduces processing time by 35% without reducing the machinability of the porcelain block.  Brihe addition of biological-grade rare-earth elements enhances the fluorescence and opalescence of dental glass ceramics. This avoids the traditional glass ceramics and zirconia problems of dark, gray appearances at night.

Supreme® utilizes Heatran® hot flow casting technology,  an advanced manufacturing technology where the glass solution is pressurized and cooled at a high temperature of 1700 ° C., so that the glass is instantaneously formed under high pressure. Compared with the traditional dental glass ceramic manufacturing process, the interior of the ceramic block is more uniform, dense,  and without cracks and defects. Supreme utilizes a 99% high-purity platinum system for the high-temperature melting of glass ceramics to eliminate the challenges of traditional systems. Traditionally, the impurities of alumina ceramic materials will penetrate into the glass ceramics and reduce biological safety. Uneven and various defects can also appearandomly, and the service life in the mouth is shortened.

Suprême.press HT Glass-ceramic Ingots - Box

DEN-BRN-PRESS-HT-BOX
Suprême.press is a kind of lithium disilicate glass- ceramic block which is suited for use in the pressing technique.

Suprême.press ingots are available in two translucency levels.

Suprême.press HT
Suprême.press HT ingots are supplied in VITA 16 plus BL1-BL4 shades. Due to their high translucency – similar to that of natural enamel – these ingots are suitable for producing small restorations (e.g. inlays). The restorations are customized utilizing the staining technique.

Suprême.press LT
Suprême.press LT ingots are supplied in Vita 16 plus BL1-BL4 shade. Their low translucency – similar to that of natural dentin – renders these ingots suitable for creating large restorations (e.g. posterior crowns). The esthetic appearance of the restorations is maximized by the cut-back technique.

Suprême.press are available individually or packaged in sets of (10) in size D13-10.
