PMMA-poly methyl methacrylate is primarily designed for production of long or short term temporary restorations. Available in various shades, this material serves well for clinical as well as laboratory needs.

POLIDENT PINK MULTI-LAYER PMMA CAD-CAM DISCS can be used to mill digitally designed highly esthetic and functional full dentures.

Characteristics

Multilayer variant of PoliDent PINK CAD/CAM DISC is composed by several layers of transient colors. The layering concept is optimized to match the natural color gradient of gingiva. The final result is a highly aesthetic and economical restoration.

POLIDENT PINK PMMA CAD-CAM DISCS can be used to mill digitally designed highly esthetic and functional dentures.

Characteristics

Discs could be used for immediate load implant denture as a long term provisional in combination with denture teeth and titanium connectors.

The denture bases and other structures are designed in CAD Software.

A 5-Axis milling machine is required, to reach undercut areas.

Artificial teeth are attached on denture base with PMMA resin or light curing composite material with proper primer.

Diameter: 95 – 105 mm. Thickness: 25, 27 and 30mm.

Indications:  full dentures, partial dentures

Titanium Dental Milling DISCS and Titanium CAD/CAM Discs Titanium Discs are the perfect material to use in your CAD/CAM guided milling process.

Grade 23 Titanium ASTM F136 (ISO 5832-3) compliant with sufficient strength and biocompatible properties necessary to create the perfect dental structures while still being gentle to your milling tools.

Currently sizes 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, and 25mm are stocked at the Axsys facility. Sizes 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm are available but are not maintained as 'stock' items.
