POLIDENT PMMA CAD-CAM DISCS are suitable for fabrication of splints, temporary crowns and bridges and for verifying the restoration on the plaster model / in mouth before the final milling process.

PMMA-poly methyl methacrylate is primarily designed for production of long or short term temporary restorations. Available in various shades, this material serves well for clinical as well as laboratory needs.

Titanium Dental Milling DISCS and Titanium CAD/CAM Discs Titanium Discs are the perfect material to use in your CAD/CAM guided milling process.

Grade 23 Titanium ASTM F136 (ISO 5832-3) compliant with sufficient strength and biocompatible properties necessary to create the perfect dental structures while still being gentle to your milling tools.

Currently sizes 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, and 25mm are stocked at the Axsys facility. Sizes 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm are available but are not maintained as 'stock' items. If interested in non-stock puck thicknesses, please contact our consumables department or your sales representative for more information and pricing details. WARNING: 8mm puck thicknesses are NOT compatible with the Versamill Fixturing. Please insure your specific fixturing compatibility before ordering.

POLIDENT MULTILAYER PMMA CAD-CAM DISCS are ideal for obtaining a perfect color effect of temporary crowns and bridges in a single step.

These multi-layered discs are produced with 5 gradient layers in colors of: enamel, dentin and cervical to provide a natural look.
